Knowing about my return policy is essential because you may need to cancel your project for any unexpected reason.

Thank you for choosing me (Sajidur Rahman) for your web design needs. I take great pride in my work and strive to provide my clients with the highest level of satisfaction.

Payment and cancellation

I require a 50% deposit before starting any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. Once I receive your deposit, I will begin work on your project and will provide you with regular updates and progress reports.

If you need to cancel your project, you must do so within 1 day of placing your order. If you cancel within this time frame, I will refund your deposit in full. However, if you cancel after 1 day, I will not be able to issue a refund.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the quality of my work or the service I provide, please contact me within 7 days of completing the project. I will work with you to address any concerns and will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

If I am unable to resolve the issue, I will issue a refund of up to 50% of the total project cost. However, I reserve the right to retain the deposit as compensation for the time and effort we have invested in the project up to that point.

Note that I will not issue refunds for completed projects unless there is a clear error on my part that cannot be fixed. Additionally, I will not issue refunds for projects that have been delivered but have not yet been approved by the client.
